Yi-Jia was born in Taiwan, piano is her first instrument and she has learned the music in the systems of Jaques-Dalcroze since she was five, and she studied applied music (music production, composition , Jazz/Pop music) in Tainan National University of Arts (2014-2016) , then she went to Switzerland for studying the Music and Movement and obtained her bachelor’s degree from Haute école de musique de Genève/Geneva University of Music (2016-2020).
During these study's journey ,she cooperated with Taiwan's Independent singer for the song arrangement and composed music for short animation. She did some creative LIVE-performance, concert with music group and dancer, she also composed music for a musical which produced and played by the students of Université de Genève / Uni Mail.
She's a film buff and loves to watch the Broadway Musical. In her free time , she likes to write a song and play the Jazz .
Yi-Jia is currently taking part in The International Master in Composition for Screen (InMICS) at KASK & Conservatorium/School of Arts Ghent (Belgium) and at CNSMD de Lyon (France).
